2. Returns and Refunds

Alternatively, you can choose a replacement of the same product or product of the same value.
If you find item was lost or damaged, please don't sign in and appeal to your local Express corporation as soon as possible, then inform us by E-mail within 3 days, We will contact our local Express corporation and try our best to resolve this problem.
We are not responsible for service failures and losses caused by force majeure.
However, the original and return shipping and handling charges will not be refunded or reimbursed under all circumstances. And we are not responsible for returned products lost in post.
